Kit has optional full or waterline hull, internal strengthening bulkheads, major components reinforced with screws, highly detailed superstructure, decks, ship's boats, deck fittings and weapons. Also includes transparent parts (bridge windows and searchlight lenses), durable ABS mast elements and fine structures, display stand with nameplates, metal propeller shafts and anchor chain, 5 highly detailed seaplanes (Aichi E13As (Jake) with optional wire and plastic stands to depict aircraft in flight) plus photo-etch parts (antennae, mast lattices, crane and funnel details, aircraft part racks, aircraft props and catapult rails/trolleys). Completed model is approximately 23" long. Includes color painting guide (showing profiles and overhead plan), printed paper flag sheet and decals for aircraft markings - including national insignia, tail codes and tail deflection lines.
